Event Preorder Purchase Terms and Conditions

All event preorder purchases are final and must be picked up at the event. Once an order has been picked up it is not eligible to be exchanged or refunded. Pre-orders not picked up by the end of the event will not be shipped, refunded or held for later and will be considered forfeited. 

Signed Book Orders Terms and Conditions

Refunds for shipped orders are only processed if there is an issue with your order and items must be returned within 7 days in their original condition. This only applies to orders shipped and does not apply to any Event preorders. 

We do not offer refunds for items returned after 7 days or for customers changing their minds.

While we strive to package items carefully, we are not responsible for minor shipping damages and will only address significant damages reported within 10 days of receipt, with replacements being at the team at MB Publishing LLC's discretion.
